As a small company, we are seeking a professional and experienced individual with a diverse set of skills and qualities to meet our unique company needs.




·       Develop and standardize content for product and company collateral

·       Plan and implement marketing strategies and design marketing content

·       Direct business relations and distribution of company literature to stimulate client interest and sales

·       Liaise with agencies, operators, and accommodation providers

·       Manage company websites

·       Assist with the organisation and scheduling of company meetings, travel, and tours

·       Generate and manage databases that reduce redundancy, improve efficiency, and achieve organisational objectives

·       Assist with general administrative tasks, such as preparing and responding to written and electronic correspondence, note-taking at meetings, and preparing reports and proposals






·       Required to work at our Glenorchy office

·       Eligible to work in NZ

·       Must have vehicle and full NZ driver’s license

·       Must have own computer

·       Able to commit to at least 12 months

·       Computer savvy with a thirst for learning and a proven academic record

·       Minimum Bachelor’s degree in an arts, business, or marketing related field

·       Understanding of ever-growing U.S. markets and consumer needs

·       Extensive and diverse travel experience and an enthusiasm for travel

·       Engaging, enthusiastic, and driven personality

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Meticulous attention to detail and organisation skills

·       Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders

·       Sales and presentation skills

·       Demonstrable experience with design

·       Experience maintaining websites

·       Superior writing skills, i.e. for copywriting, reports, and proposals

·       Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Excel




·       Fluent in multiple languages

·       Preference will be given to post-graduate candidates

·       Understanding of RMA processes

·       Experience communicating with local government

·       Understanding of html

·       Passion for photography

·       Passion for conservation work
