We are looking for the person who has good managerial experience. Candidate should have the proper knowledge and administration qualities.
REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Newzealand Business management Qualification at least level-7.
*Good knowledge on POS system will be an advantage.
•Strong computer skills Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Outlook & Internet.
•Manage and oversee Business operations, including marketing, staff management, and stock Management, customer service, budgets and day to day activities.
•Complete budgets, invoicing, banking, ordering in accordance with restaurant objectives.
Document all invoices, reconciliations and financial transactions and retain copies.
*Plan and implement the best possible customer service policies for the restaurant and deal Effectively with customer complaints and ensure appropriate solutions are identified and provided.
•Monitor and maintain stock levels and turnover.
•Develop strategies to best promote and market goods and services within operating Costs and budgets.
•Manage store staff performance by coaching, counseling.
•Employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
•Ensure all staff address all safety procedures and practices to prevent injury.
•Complete weekly wage summaries and rosters.
*Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff.
*May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
*Newzealand full driving Licence required.
A minimum of two years of senior managerial NewZealand experience preferred.
We are looking for mature staff that can run the restaurant with out any supervision and minimal training. This role is a full-time position.
