1. Job Goal:

To assist and support to the ICT and associated products and services for JED.
Provide timely and professional, client level technical support for JED.
Provide first level support, repair and Install all technical equipment, including software, web applications, Desktop Computer systems, Laptops, Printers, Wifi Routers, Modems, Projectors, Peripherals etc.
Install and deploy new equipment and perform Hardware/Software upgrades and ensuring that system are ready for use and operating correctly.
Research on equipment, other solutions, recommend improvement and testing or evaluating new updated technologies.
Conduct daily network and data protection, backup or recovery operations

talking to clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face visit or over the telephone and emails, to help set up systems or resolve technical issues;
troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
responding to inquiries about all the technical issues and  problems
