The position of personal assistant has been made available to keep up with the growing demands of a fast growing team within the Botany office. Responsibilities shall include a wide array of administrative tasks to assistance two real estate specialists. This position will require an individual who is familiar with the real estate industry, highly organised, pays attention to details and is willing to put in the extra effort to keep up with a fast paced team.
Previous experience in administrative roles is essential. You will be adept at managing and servicing a large database, have strong verbal and written communication, organise and process legal documents and be able to produce creative marketing materials.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys challenges, and wants to pursue a career in real estate. This team has a strong vision and requires the right person to fill in the role. General hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm however flexibility will need to apply.
A non-payable training period will commence upon induction, to bring the candidate up to speed.
